Q: How long does it take for the palettes/brushes to arrive?
A: Approx 1 week after the pre-order closes.

Q: Are the Brushes authentic?
A: 2nd graded (eg: lining/sewing/size/hair colour is not perfect),
which did not make it to the retail counters as 1st graded. Only the packaging pouch is not real.

Q: Are the prices inclusive of normal mail?
A: No. Only inclusive of Shipping + handling fees.

Q: Do you do meet up's?
A: Yes. Mass meet up/self collection available. Other than that you may have to arrange with me personally or do reg/normal mail.

Q: Will the palettes be free from cracks if i collect it personally?
A: The pigments may break a little due to shipment. Join only if you are comfortable.

Q: Will i receive broken palettes if i get them registered?
A: It is not 100% guaranteed that your pigments will NOT be damaged even though it is registered. (Then again i will ensure that they're well protected (bubble wrapped) before i entrust them to singpost. I DO NOT MAIL BROKEN PALETTES.)

For additional protection, please add $0.50 for another piece of bubble wrap.

I believe this will further minimize the chances of getting broken palettes.

Q: Can i send in my orders and pay you later?
A: Yes. But a 50% deposit must be made.

Q: Where will the Mass meet up be?
A: It will usually be on a Sunday @ Plaza sing 1pm for 2 weeks.
Otherwise, you have to opt for Norm/reg mail - or arrange another meet up.
*Please inform me at least 1-2days in advance if you are coming for the meet up if not i will not be taking your items along*
